2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.588 of 2021 has been registered for the offences under Sections 120 B, 420, 468 and 471 of IPC and the same is under investigation. 4.Today, the learned Government Advocate [Crl.
