This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 30.09.2014 made by the petitioner to the respondent.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. No representation for the petitioner. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that earlier, this petitioner gave a complaint based on which, a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.176 of 2013 and the same was closed. Again for the same cause of action, the petitioner has given a fresh complaint on 30.09.2014.

4. In view of the above, no positive direction can be issued by this Court. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
