ORDER

Claiming absolute title to the property situated in Survey No.308/12, Gengavaram Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuam District, the petitioner made a representation dated 17.07.2015 to the 1st respondent not to transfer the patta No.506, Old No.34/28, Survey No.308/12 to an extent of 247 sq.m. in favour of the 6th respondent, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in pursuant to the sale deed executed by the respondents 2 to 5. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. To grant patta in favour of the 6th respondent or not is the functioning of the 1st respondent. Thus, this court cannot pass an order forbearing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

3. In these circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner before deciding the issue of issuance of patta to the 6th respondent, if not issued already.
