Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action by conducting an audit in the fifth respondent school for its illegal action of having encroached the Government land (Enemy Property) and consequently direct the fifth respondent to refrain from admitting students in the ensuing academic years from 20202021, considering the representation, dated 29.05.2020, of the petitioner.
