NO. 75/2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the Petitioner for appearing before the Investigation Officer twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders and report before the Investigating Officer as and when required by this Honble Court in Crl OP No.9480 of 2022 dated 26.04.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.9480 of 2022 on 26.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. And 5.30 p.m.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
