ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report at early in Crime No.484 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 13.07.2018, in Crime No.484 of 2018 under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code. But, thereafter, no action is being taken and hence, he requests to direct the respondent to investigate and file a final report at early.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that a Special Team has been constituted for securing the accused and the investigation is still in progress. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering, the above submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
