ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to regularise the services of the petitioner as Assistant Engineer from 5.8.1994 to 17.6.2003 consequently, promote the petitioner notionally as Assistant Executive Engineer from 9.10.2013 to till his retirement viz. on 31.1.2017 and to pay all the attendant benefits including pension on the basis of regularization and promotion.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
