PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of false complaint received from one Thiruvengadamoorthy and his family members and his relatives. For Petitioner : Mr.E.Kannadasan For Respondent : Mr.S.Karthikeyan Additional Public Prosecutor.
ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction, directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of false complaint received from one Thiruvengadamoorthy.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from one Thiruvengadamoorthy, already FIR has been registered as against the petitioner in Crime No.7 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 506(i) of IPC and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act 2003. He further submitted that other than this FIR, no other complaint is pending as against the petitioner.

3. The petitioner being an accused in Crime No.7 of 2020, the question of "Not to harass" does not arise. Therefore, this petition is devoid of merits.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
