Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.RAJA MOHAMED, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4830 of 2022 on 01.03.2022 to report before the respondent police within seven days from the receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of this order and continue to report daily at 10.30 a.m., until for further orders of interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
