Prayer : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.7804/2015/Aal dated 15.04.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to refrain from pursuing any action initiated under the Tamilnadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1978 in respect of the petitioners' lands in Plot Nos.47(part), 26, 21 part and 19 respectively in Survey No.257, Ayapakkam Village, Muduravoyal Taluk, Thiruvallur District and to treat the said lands as free from any such proceedings and issue fresh patta to them.

Heard Mr.P.Rajendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. With the consent of

either side the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner has not complied with the Order passed by this Court on 14.08.2015, which reads as follows:- "The petitioner is directed to produce all the original documents which he got it from the original owner and also make the original owner as a party to the W.P. Post next week"

3. At this juncture, the petitioner claims that he will produce it, if further time is granted. Already the matter was adjourned earlier at the instance of the petitioner and the petitioner has not produced the documents. Hence this Court cannot grant further time in the matter.

4. In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition impleading all the parties and producing all documents. No costs.
