ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner, who filed a Special Revision Petition under Section 80-A of The Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 to the 1st respondent against notice in No.10/00164/2019 dated 27.11.2019, has come forward to file this writ petition seeking to expedite the disposal of the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a lady aged about 70 years. The proceedings are pending for nearly one year. Therefore, appropriate directions will have to be given for the early disposal of the appeal.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the a direction may be issued to dispose of the special revision petition within a reasonable time.

4. Taking note of the above submissions, we direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the Special Revision Petition within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
