ORDER

In pursuant to the sale deed dated 15.4.2005, the petitioner said to have made several representations dated 21.9.2007, 8.12.2009 and 24.9.2013, seeking issuance of patta. On the failure of the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. It appears that representations have been given from the year 2007 onwards. Thus, it is not clear that as to whether the said representations are still pending are not.

3. In these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation to the 2nd respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any third party if any.
