ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2475 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.34024 of 2019 order dated 26.02.2020, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police fortnightly i.e. 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
