2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a clerical mistake in the order dated 14.09.2023 in O.P. No. 398 of 2023, where the birth year of Mr.K.Raghupathi @ Raji is wrongly mentioned as 18.05.1998 instead of 18.05.1988.

3. In view of the above submission, the following correction is made: "In paragraph No.2 of the order dated 14.09.2023 made in OP No.398/2023, the date mentioned as "18.05.1998" is replaced as "18.05.1988".

4. The Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the order dated 14.09.2023 made in OP No.398/2023 and issue corrected copy of the order to the parties in this petition by today. 19.09.2025 bkn Note to Office: Issue order copy today.
