C.M.P.No.10668 of 2024 in A.S.S.R. No.57395 of 2024 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., Learned Counsel for the Respondent files counter objecting the condone delay petition stating that in one place it is stated the delay of 804 days in preferring the Appeal and in another place, there is a delay of 696 days. The petition is not proper and hence he seeks dismissal of this petition.

2. Considering the right of the Appeal of the litigant, this petition is allowed with cost of Rs.2,000/- to be paid to the Respondent on or before 27.09.2024.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

4. Post the case on 30.09.2024.
