ORDER

The petitioner made a representation to the respondents 1 to 4 with a grievance that his name has not been included in the patta given under the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act and also to cancel the patta granted in favour of 5th to 7th respondents. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.7.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order either by himself or through the 4th respondent, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 7.
