This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members residing at No.8/58, Ballard Street, Agaram, Chennai-82.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a complaint dated 04.04.2015 lodged by the de facto complainant, the respondent police conducted petition enquiry and at that stage, this petitioner approached this Corut in Crl.OP.No.9379 of 2015 for anticipatory bail. This Court by order dated 20.04.2015 in Crl.OP.No.9379 of 2015 has observed as follows: "4. The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that petition enquiry is pending. However, he submits that on conclusion of the enquiry, there is possibility of registering the case for cognizable offences." https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

After so observing, anticipatory bail was granted in Crime No.Not Known. Now, on the complaint dated 04.04.2015, the police have registered a regular case in Crime No.1862 of 2015 on 02.07.2015 for offences under Section 406, 420 IPC.

4. Under such circumstances, the prayer as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court for anticipatory bail in Crime No.1862 of 2015.
