C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, to number the interlocutory applications filed by the petitioner in I.A.S.R.No.449 of 2020 in L.A.O.P.No.5 of 2012 and I.A.S.R.No.448 of 2020 in L.A.O.P.No.39 of 2011, respectively and dispose of the same within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that by an order dated 15.11.2019, the petitioner was declared as a proper person to receive the award amount, but, still the L.A.O.P Tribunal has not disbursed the money.

3. From the petition, I find that though the order was passed against three more persons, they are not parties here. However, the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, is directed to number the interlocutory applications in I.A.S.R.Nos.449 of 2020 in L.A.O.P.No.5 of 2012 and I.A.S.R.No.448 of 2020 in L.A.O.P.No.39 of 2011 subject to impleading of other three respondents and after hearing of all the parties with respect to pendency of any appeal against the order under Section 30 of the Act, pass orders within a period of three months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts. 2/4

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
