This application has been filed seeking leave to institute a suit against the defendant within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2.The defendant is residing at Valasaravakkam, Chennai.

3.The suit has been filed seeking recovery of a sum of Rs.2,05,34,866/- together with interest at 24% per annum and also for costs.

4.The transaction on the basis of which the claim is made was done at Chennai and to evidence that, Document No.1 promissory note in original has been produced which reflects that, it has been executed at Chennai on 17.03.2021.

5.In view of the fact that substantial cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted. Accordingly, this application stands allowed.
