O R D E R

The present petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner 21.09.2015.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Devarajan, who approached the petitioner for joining in the chit conducted by him. The petitioner also joined the chit. But, subsequently the said Devarajan without paying the amount, cheated the petitioner. While so, on 17.09.2015, at about 12 Noon, the said Devarajan and along with other persons, trespassed into the petitioner shop and assaulted the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and his brother Vijayakumar abused the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 21.09.2015. Since the said complaint has not been registered so far, the petitioner came forward to file the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4.Considering the rival submissions, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.09.2015 and if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, the second respondent is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
