2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has stated no objection to allow the petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 652 days in filing the appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.57797 of 2021 is condoned.
