Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent culminating in and by his proceedings Na.Ka.No.4095/07/A1 dated 20.02.2009 and quash the same and consequently, directing the first respondent to transfer the lease in favour of the petitioner in respect of Shop No.1 and vacant site in Central Bus Stand, Udumalpet, Tirupur District.
