Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the name of unconnected persons in the Patta viz., A.N.Kembayagounder, Subbammal wife of Ramasamy Gounder in Patta No.736 and issue fresh Patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property comprised in New.S.No.725/4 & 6 by consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2020 and grant such other relief deem fit and proper circumstances of the case.

ORDER

The petitioner has moved the RDO with his representation/ application dated 05.08.2020 to cancel the Patta issued to certain persons in Patta No.736 and issue the same to him. 2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, made a statement on instructions, that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 19.02.2021 at 3 P.M., at the office of the second respondent/RDO.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given, except that the 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties more particularly private respondents 5 and 6, who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 19.02.2021, subject to such time that may be consumed in any General Election related activities of the State Legislative Assembly- 2021.
