ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 224 IPC in Cr.No.1212 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that when the police arrested the petitioner in respect of Cr.No.674 of 2021 for the alleged offence u/s.392 IPC on the file of H-3 Tondiarpet Police Station on 31.05.2021, at about 14.15 hours when the Sub Inspector Police taken the petitioner along with another accused for medical check-up to Stanley hospital, the petitioner escaped from the police custody. Hence this complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner and strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
