This Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 20.03.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.7486 of 2019, thereby directing the respondent to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. The 1/3

said complaint was lodged by the petitioner for seeking police protection. 2.

However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no complaint is available with the respondent police station. If any fresh cause of action arise seeking police protection, the petitioner may be directed to lodge fresh complaint and it will be considered.

Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint on the fresh cause of action, if any. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to enquire the said complaint after calling upon the counter parties, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
