.. Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to direct the fourth
respondent to forthwith return all the original certificates to the petitioner and repay the refundable caution deposit amount of Rs.15,000/- to the petitioner.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to direct the fourth respondent to forthwith return all the original certificates to the petitioner and repay the refundable caution deposit amount of Rs.15,000/- to the petitioner
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the writ petition, pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court dated 17.08.2015 in M.P.No.1 of 2015, all the original certificates of the petitioner have been returned to her by the fourth respondent and the petitioner has joined in a different course.
4. In such view of the matter, no further order is required to be passed in this matter and hence, this Writ Petition is closed. However, if any amount is payable by the petitioner to the fourth respondent-College, it is open to the fourth respondent-College to proceed to recover the same in accordance with law. No costs.
