ORDER

This petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.25 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up, Ms.Anitha, learned counsel appearing for the counsel on record submitted that petitioner have taken the case bundle from her.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), submitted that investigation in this case completed and final report had been filed. The case had been taking cognizance by the learned District Magistrate, Arcot in C.C.No.29 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 498 (A), 506 (i) I.P.C.

4.In view of the fact that, the investigation in this case is over and case had been taken on file for the offences aforesaid, there is no question of quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.25 of 2015.

5.In fine, Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.26025 of 2015 is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
