On a perusal of the petitioner's aforestated representation, we notice the allegation that several persons, as specified therein, have been granted patta illegaly and as such, the same may be cancelled.

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition without impleading the relevant parties, who, allegedly have been granted patta, illegally.

Thus, on the solitary ground of non-impleadment of necessary parties, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
