Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, call for the records of the respondent in CST.558275/2013-14 and quash the order dated 11.04.2019 in so far as it levies tax @ 5% on stock transfer of unprocessed chicken, egg and feeds that are exempt from tax under Entry 54 and Entry 5 of Part B of the IV Schedule to the TNVAT Act, 2006 on the ground that the same is not supported by Form "F" declarations.
