ORDER
It is represented by both the counsels that the order dated 30.04.2026 passed by this Court has been complied with.
2. This civil revision petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of I.A. No. 1 of 2026 in H.M.O.P. No. 266 of 2025 on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent has also not raised any serious objection if a direction is issued to the Sub Court to dispose of I.A. No. 1 of 2026 in H.M.O.P. No. 266 of 2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. Since the I.A. has been filed in the beginning of this year, necessarily, the I.A. has to be disposed of by the Sub Court, Alandur, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. Accordingly, this Court directs the Sub Court, Alandur, to dispose of I.A. No. 1 of 2026 in H.M.O.P. No. 266 of 2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall continue to pay Rs.20,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the daughter of the petitioner, who is a minor, till the disposal of H.M.O.P. No. 266 of 2025. The respondent shall open a bank account in the name of the minor daughter (N.A. Prashvitha) and give the full particulars of the bank account to the petitioner or his counsel to enable the petitioner to continue remitting a sum of Rs.20,000/- per month towards interim maintenance till the disposal of H.M.O.P. No. 266 of 2025. If a request is made by both the parties to go for mediation, the trial Court shall
accept their request and send the matter for mediation before the Mediation Centre attached to the trial Court.
7. With the aforesaid directions, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
