Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to grant Dependant Freedom Fighter Pension by the Central Government within the stipulated period prescribed by this Court pursuant to the representation dated 13.04.2015. Seeking freedom fighter pension, the petitioner made a representation on 13.04.2015, being the wife of Late Mohammed Maluk. The petitioner made a representation dated 13.04.2015 enclosing several documents in support of her request. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 13.04.2015 and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondents 1 & 2 to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
