ORDER
This petition is filed, praying to call for the records in Crime No.6 of 2010, dated 06.06.2010 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
2. When this matter is taken up for hearing today, Mrs.S.Poonkodi, Woman PC Gr.I from All Women's Police Station is present before this Court. On her instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the case pertaining to Crime No.6 of 2010 was transferred to the file of All Women's Police Station, Melmarvathur on the ground of territorial jurisdiction and renumbered as Crime No.1 of 2011. The Investigating Officer, after completion of the investigation, has also filed a final report before the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Judicial Magistrate, Melmarvathur, which was taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 494, 506(II) IPC against the petitioners, vide C.C.No.12 of 2012.
3. In view of the statement made by the learned Addl.Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
