ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Crime No. 3216 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were in illegal possession of 1 1⁄2 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they are ready and willing to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed on them.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are arrayed as A2 and A3 and they are having possession of 1 1⁄2 kgs of Ganja. He would also submit that each of the petitioners is having one previous case, similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners and taking note of the fact that each of the petitioners is having one previous case, similar in nature, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
