C O M M O N O R D E R The grievance of the petitioner is that the patta which stood in his name was changed unilaterally by including the name of the respondent no.3 by the order of the respondent no.2. Thus, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent no.1. On non consideration of the representation, the present Writ Petitions are filed.

2.Taking into consideration the representation dated 28.07.2015, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the 3rd respondent, whose name is included in the patta.
