It is alleged that on the complaint given by one Vedavalli regarding money transaction against promissory note, police is harassing the 1/4

petitioner. Hence seeks protection from the harassment. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the complaint of Vedavalli been investigated and closed as civil in nature.

Since there is no complaint pending against the petitioner herein, the apprehension of harassing does not arise. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
