ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested on 10.06.2021 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 120(b), 364, 302 and 379 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.06 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have committed murder of the deceased.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in the case. He further submitted that the co-accused has already been enlarged on bail and further submitted that the petitioner only provided accommodation for the other accused.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is a cooligan from the Southern District and came for committing murder of the deceased. He further submitted that there are three previous cases as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are three previous cases as against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
