This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file charge sheet within the stipulated time before the concerned court in Crime No.16 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.16 of 2015, before the respondent.
