Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to promote the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Science) in the sanctioned post created by the Central Government Scheme viz. SSA (Sarva Shiksha Abhayan) at Panchayat Union Middle School, Seethram Nagar, Hosur Union, Krishnagiri District as per the promotion panel dated 05-01-2015 drawn by the 3rd respondent for the year 2015-2016 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 01-08-2015 and confer all consequential benefits to the petitioner.
