ORDER

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider his representation and application dated 01.12.2010 and 09.09.2016 and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to transfer patta from the name of his father Govindan to his name for the lands bearing S.Nos.252/3A 254/6B 253/5 of Sevur Village, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application dated 01.12.2010 and 09.09.2016, the respondents have not passed any order so far. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner undertakes to produce all the relevant documents along with his representation to the respondents within one week from today.

4. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application along with the documents and the representation to be produced by the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the petitioner to give a fresh representation along with all the relevant documents to the 1st respondent and on receipt of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation and the documents to be produced by the petitioner along with a copy of the representation and application dated 01.12.2010 and 09.09.2016, and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation and the documents from the petitioner.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
