The above Sub Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of M/s.G.K.R.Pandiyan, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant herein; and of Mr.T.A.Srinivasan, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents herein; and upon reading the Petition and Application and the affidavit of G.Mahesh, filed herein; the Court made the following order:

"Heard Mr.G.K.R.Pandiyan, learned counsel appearing for the

applicant and also Mr.T.A.Srinivasan, learned counsel for the proposed respondents.

2.It has to be mentioned that Mr.T.A.Srinivasan, learned counsel has already entered appearance on behalf of respondents 1 to 3/defendants. Learned counsel stated that he had also entered appearance on behalf of the proposed respondents in order to adjudicate the issues in entirety.

3.It would only be appropriate that the proposed respondents are also made respondents in the contempt petition and necessary opportunity will be given to them to file their counter and contest the averments made in the contempt petition.

4.The Sub Application stands allowed."
