PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to approach the competent Court to agitate the issues.

3. However, the period of pendency of this writ petition from 28.02.2018 to 16.12.2019 (today), may be considered as a bonafidy proceedings. No costs.
