(C.C.No.263 of 2015 has been amended as per the order of this Court dated 01.04.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.3387 of 2016).

O R D E R

This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.263 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram.

2.Today, the petitioners, the second respondent and their respective counsel are present and their identification have been verified by this Court. In the petition, the second petitioner's father name has been mentioned as "Suthanath" and in his I.D.card, it was mentioned as "Sugansan Pandari". Further, in the petition, name of the second respondent has been mentioned as "B.Sattu", whereas in his I.D.card, it has been mentioned as "B.Settu". The defacto complainant/second respondent herein submits that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.263 of 2015 and he has also filed an affidavit to that effect.

3.Recording the affidavit filed by the defacto complainant and the submission so made by him, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.263 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram, is hereby quashed.
