This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 29.10.2015 seeking disbursement of Gratuity, Special Provident Fund, General Provident Fund and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Encashment of Earned Leave on merits and within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.Considering the limited prayer sought for, without going into merits, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2015, seeking disbursement of Gratuity, Special Provident Fund and General Provident Fund and encashment of earned leave, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the result to the petitioner.
