The present petition is filed to direct the respondent-Police not to harass the petitioners.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint filed by the petitioners, preliminary enquiry was conducted and the complaint in CSR was also closed as 1 / 3

the dispute is civil in nature.

3. Since, as on date, there is no complaint pending, the question of harassment of the petitioners, does not arise.

4. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
