2. The petitioner seeks for Mandamus directing the respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to the Plot No.55 to an extent of 2400 sq.ft. In Survey No.141/1A and 142/6A of 6th Street, Om Shakthi Nagar", Valasarawakkam-Village, Madravoyil - Taluk, Chennai - 600 087 previously Thiruvallur - District based on the representation dated 04.02.2019.

considered and appropriate orders will be passed based on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 04.02.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
