ORDER

This petition has been filed by the defacto-complainant to direct the respondent to take necessary action based on her complaint before the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, ThittaKudy, has directed the second respondent to register a case and proceed in accordance with law. He further submitted, on that basis, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No. 86 of 2018 under Sections 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506 (2) of Indian Penal Code, dated 09.07.2018 and thereafter the second respondent has not taken any steps to secure the accused.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the investigation is in progress.

4. Considering the fact that the FIR is pending for the past two months, the second respondent is directed to take effective steps and complete the investigation at early and file a final report, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above said directions, the criminal original petition stands disposed of.
