O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 05.10.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 05.10.2015 against one Ramasamy and Dr.P.Muthukumar alleging that they have created a bogus life certificate by committing impersonation. Till date, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present criminal original

petition has been filed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since the complaint was sent by post, the petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh complaint to the District Crime Branch, Cuddalore.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court is of the opinion that it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to submit a fresh copy of the complaint along with a copy of this order to the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Cuddalore and on receipt of the same, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Cuddalore is directed to conduct enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.
