This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur to permit the petitioners to withdraw O.S.No.297 of 2019.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, O.S.No.297 of 2019 is filed, seeking perpetual injunction against the respondents. In the month of February, 2022, the petitioners have filed a Memo, permitting them to withdraw O.S.No.297 of 2019, as the suit claim has become infructuous. It is submitted that inspite of filing Memo, the Trial Court has not been disposing of the said Memo,thereby, the said O.S.No.297 of 2019 is still pending.

3. Considering the circumstances explained by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is disposed of, directing the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur to dispose of the Memo on the next date of hearing as per law.

4. With the aforementioned directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
