This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the second respondent in Crime No.1162 of 2020 to any other Competent agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, the 2nd respondent Police had registered the case in Crime No.1162 of 2020 and after completing the investigation, the 2nd respondent Police filed a final report in C.C.No.217 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkazhi. He further submitted that there is no investigation pending on the file of 2nd respondent Police. If there is any grievance in the charge sheet filed by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke Section 216 and 319 of Code of Criminal Procedure during the trail before the Trial Court. Therefore, the direction sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
