JUDGMENT

This appeal has been filed against the judgment of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ponneri, Tiruvallur District made in S.C.No.306 of 2012 dated 06.12.2013. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing. Mr.Udayakumar learned representing counsel appearing for Mr.T.R.Ravi, learned counsel on record would submit that the appellant is no more.

3. Mrs.S.Thankira, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) also would submit that the appellant has subsequently been murdered in another case, which is reported to the respondent police in Crime No.1586 of 2015.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent State, by recording the said statement, this appeal is dismissed as abated and accordingly, this appeal is closed.
